Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of OptimizeGLB.com (the "Service"), provided by KALADEV DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

OptimizeGLB provides a free browser interface for processing GLB and glTF files on your device. The Service does not require a user account or payment and does not provide a hosted compression API. Model files selected for compression are not uploaded to our servers as part of that workflow.

Model compression is automated and runs locally. Optional feedback and support conversations may be handled by a human through Featurebase or email. Custom services (e.g. bespoke optimization pipelines or licensing) may be agreed separately in writing. Your browser and device determine practical limits for file size, memory use, speed, and feature support. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.

3. Your responsibilities

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to process. Keep an original backup. Compression can change textures, geometry, hierarchy, extensions, and visual appearance depending on the options you choose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it in production.

4. Local data and third-party services

The Service may store workflow state locally in your browser. Website analytics and voluntary feedback are handled by third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information in feedback unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

5. Ownership and open-source software

You retain your rights in the files you process. The Service does not acquire ownership of a model merely because you process it locally. OptimizeGLB uses open-source libraries, which remain subject to their respective licenses. The Service's own branding, website content, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee a particular compression result, visual quality, compatibility, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service changes. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
