1. Free local compression

Local GLB and GLTF compression in your browser is free and does not require a subscription or payment. Nothing is cancelled or refunded when you only use local processing.

2. Optional cloud credits

If you purchase cloud credits or other paid features, details such as delivery, eligibility, and any cooling-off rights may be shown at checkout or in your receipt. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, unused credits are generally non-refundable after the service period or usage described in that flow.

3. How to request help

For billing issues, mistaken charges, or cancellation questions, email support@optimizeglb.com with your account email and order reference. We will respond as soon as we can.
