1. Credit Purchases

OptimizeGLB.com operates on a credit-based system for cloud compression features. Local compression is free and requires no credits or payment. Cloud credits are purchased as one-time transactions and can be used for cloud compression features such as downloadable links and enhanced processing.

2. Refunds for Credit Purchases

Due to the digital nature of cloud credits, credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed. If you believe a purchase was made in error or you experienced an issue, please contact our support team at support@optimizeglb.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Account Cancellation and Data Retention

You may request deletion of your account by contacting our support team at support@optimizeglb.com. Upon account deletion, any unused credits may be forfeited. We may retain account information and certain records for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

4. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

KALADEV DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Cancellation Policy.
